HAIR EXTENSIONS CARE

Hair extensions require regular maintenance and timely move-ups (typically every 6–10 weeks depending on method and hair type).

Natural daily hair shedding is normal. Hair that naturally sheds may remain attached within extensions and can be released during removal.

REMOVAL & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
For best results, extensions should be maintained and removed professionally by our salon.

We are not responsible for the condition of the hair or any damage if extensions are serviced, adjusted, or removed by another provider.

NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of custom hair services, all services and hair purchases are final.
No refunds are provided once a service has been completed under any circumstances.

CONCERNS & ADJUSTMENTS
Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours after the service.

We are not able to assess or take responsibility for issues reported after extended wear or after services performed by another provider.
